Remortgages for teachers

We offer remortgages for teachers and education professionals who already own a home in England or Wales (and are not planning to move), but whose existing deal is coming to an end. We can lend up to 90% LTV on a remortgage, meaning at least 10% of the value of your home needs to be equity for you to apply for a remortgage with us.
