Latest figures from Zoopla’s annual Rich List has identified nearly 14500 of the richest streets in the UK where the average property value exceeds £1m.
Kensington Palace Gardens, which borders the west side of Hyde Park remains top of the tables, with average property values sitting at £35,696,711. In second place is Grosevenor Crescent, close to Buckingham Palace, with an average property price just short of £22m.
The top 10 streets all appeared in London with the list also featuring The Boltons, Courtenay Avenue, Ilchester Place, Compton Avenue, Manresa Road, Cottesmore Gardens, Albemarle Street and Chester Square – which at tenth place has an average property value of just over £10.5m.
The richest streets outside of London were Golf Club Road in Weybridge Surrey, followed by Temple Gardens in Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire and Philippines Shaw in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, which had an average property price of just over £4m.
Zoopla looked across all regions in the UK for streets where average property prices exceeded £1m and found nearly 14,500 examples. Excluding London, Guildford yielded the most number of streets with average values over £1m with 204 streets, Reading had 187 streets, Leatherhead had 176 streets and Sevenoaks had 175.
