​Dorset Business Awards

Teachers Building Society is delighted to be joint sponsors, alongside Beales Gourmet at The Italian Villa, of the Outstanding Customer Service Award in this year’s Dorset Business Awards.

This prestigious award recognises an organisation that provides the highest level of customer service across its practices – and the Society is thrilled to be sponsoring something which is so close to the heart of its own values of ensuring excellent standards of customer service. 

The awards were launched in June and in September, following a rigorous judging stage,  three finalists were announced - Sontronics, Bluebird Care and BlueSky Financial Planning Ltd.

Simon Beresford, CEO of Teachers Building Society, said: “We are delighted to sponsor the Outstanding Customer Service Award at this year’s Dorset Business Awards and we’d like to wish all the finalists good luck – to get this far they would have shown dedication and commitment to providing excellent customer service and should be proud to have gotten into the final three from a host of outstanding entries.”

“As a building society we don’t need to maximise profits to pay external shareholders, instead we focus on providing the best customer service we can, with products that meet the needs of our members, so providing excellent customer service is something that runs through the heart of the Society and we’re looking forward to announcing the winner of this prestigious award in November.”

The winner will be announced at a Gala Dinner at the BIC in Bournemouth in November.
