Our new, improved My Accounts portal is now live, enabling you to check your account, message us securely and request a transaction 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you were registered on our previous portal, here's what you need to do:
1. Click 'log in' below to access the new portal
2. Enter your existing username (user ID), password and memorable word
3. You will see a message 'Your security details have expired'
4. Choose a new password and memorable word
5. You're set up and ready to go!
