Help to Buy

Why choose us?

We have worked with the Homes and Communities Agency for many years. We can lend to any profession in England and Wales and are proud to support the Help To Buy schemes.

Studio flats, commercial conversions and properties above commercial considered as other lenders may steer away from clients who look to purchase these types of properties. Please call the Society before submitting, to discuss your case.

We can also consider applicants with a low credit score, that may have failed a standard score card due to a lack of credit history or a minor credit problem,  as we know credit history should not necessarily affect someone's credit future.

Incomes come in all shapes and sizes, so we can consider clients on a temporary contract, new and future contracts, and ignore probationary periods.
