Small deposit? Not a problem. Our philosophy is to help as many teachers as possible to buy their first homes, regardless of whether their deposits are smaller or a little larger. We know saving a deposit can be hard, so we ask only for 5% as a minimum. What’s more, because teachers are the only professionals we specialise in lending to, we give you our lowest rates exclusively, and the in-house underwriters who review your mortgage applications on a case by case basis know everything they need to about the education sector.
