Teachers Building Society has been announced as a finalist for the 2017 Moneyfacts Awards in the Best Building Society Savings Provider category.
The awards recognise product excellence and outstanding service and in recent years have become a benchmark within the finance industry.
Simon Beresford, Chief Executive at Teacher Building Society, said, “We are delighted to be a finalist in this award. We featured in the Moneyfacts Best Buy tables for over 200 days in 2016 with our Cash ISA Notice 90 and Cash ISA Issue 5 really performing well throughout the year. We continue to appear in the Best Buy tables this year and we work hard to provide attractive products for our savers. We are delighted this has been acknowledged by the awards.”
Lee Tillcock editor at Moneyfacts, said: “The finalists in the Best Building Society Savings Provider of the Year category are decided by weekly in-depth analysis of all the relevant savings products provided to the sector during the monitoring period. Offering a range of competitive savings products, Teachers Building Society has worked hard to provide choice and decent returns and it is a worthy finalist for this category.”
