We are improving our online accounts portal and have just launched the first phase of our improvements, making it easier to manage your accounts online.
Phase one of this new, improved 'My Accounts' portal has made it even easier for you to check your account balance, request withdrawals and contact us securely, and over the next few months you’ll see even more improvements to make your online journey with us even better.
Our new portal can be used whether you are a savings or a mortgage member and it’s quick and easy to sign up – there’s a short form to complete (you will need your account number) and you will be ready to go.
Whether you are already registered with our previous portal, or whether you have not signed up to use our online services at all, you can sign up today by visiting our Log In page (a link to this page can be found at the top of all web pages).
Once on this page (see below) you select ‘Register Here’ which takes you to our new My Accounts Page, you then follow the on-screen instructions.
When you sign up online, you will need to provide secure passwords for your online account – remember, we will never ask for these passwords when you contact us.
