A​bout the role

Reporting to the ​Secretariat Assistant, you will undertake a wide range range of tasks such as preparing papers and reports for meetings and external companies, sorting and distributing incoming post, liaising with tenants and undertaking general facility duties. 


    • Practical and conscientious 
    • ​Good telephone manner and PC skills
    • Proactive and ability to prioritise work
    • Awareness of corporate confidentiality
