Mortgage Services Technical Support

Location:  Wimborne, Dorset
Hours:  Full-Time


This diverse role will include deputising for all aspects of arrears in the absence of the Mortgage Services Manager to whom you will report and engaging with systems/providers of the Society for arrears and mortgage processing relating to new features, regulatory changes and testing, among other duties.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Empathetic and understanding attitude and an ability to deal with sensitive customer situations
  • Capability to work under own initiative as well as being a team player
  • Methodical approach to work with a high level of accuracy
  • The ability to decipher information and proactively recommend outcomes/solutions
