A​bout the role

Reporting to the ​Member Services Manager, you will act as a first point of contact for the Society's new savings and mortgage customers, handling initial enquiries and providing support to existing account holders. 

The ideal candidate will have:

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • A track record in an administrative environment
    • An eye for detail
    • Great organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
    • ​Experience within the financial services industry
