Member Services Administrator

Location:  Wimborne, Dorset
Hours:  Full-Time


Reporting to the Member Services Manager, you will act as a first point of contact for the Society's new savings and mortgage customers, handling initial enquiries and providing support to existing account holders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A track record in an administrative environment
  • Good PC skills (inc Word & Excel)
  • Great organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
  • Experience within the financial services industry
