HR Officer (Maternity Cover)

Location:  Wimborne, Dorset
Hours:  Full-Time (Maternity Cover)


Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide HR support for the completion of various day-to-day HR related activities. The role will include involvement in tasks related to project activities and undertaking assigned tasks to ensure ongoing compliance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 5 CIPD (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' of HR experience
  • Financial Services background
  • L&D experience with good presentation skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
