Business Analyst
Location: Wimborne or Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic IT department
Your responsibilities will include
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure solutions accurately reflect the business requirements
• Orchestrate collaboration between Business Stakeholders, Subject matter experts, and Suppliers actively removing roadblocks and fostering communication
• Facilitating group workshops and meetings to design solutions and write business requirements and technical specifications
• Requirements elicitation, analysis, interpretation and documentation using proven methodologies
• Business process modelling and improving business and or system processes
• Producing technical documents based on detailed analysis
• Maintain and develop best practice relating to processes, tools and ways of working to improve and enhance efficiencies to successfully manage change
• Support business transition and help establish change
• Assist with development of business cases
• Delivering and/or supporting the implementation of projects
About you
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Proven Business Analysis experience
• Process mapping and verification utilising tools
• Proven Business Analysis experience in the Financial Services Industry and associated solutions
• Experience in project management principles, practices, techniques and tools including facilitation, organisation and motivation
• Have experience in business analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
• Designing the features of an IT system or technology platform
• Experience of the mortgage / investment markets
• Experience of using modern delivery tools to support change
• Experience of working with API’s
