- Entry forms will be available at the Teachers Building Society stall in Wimborne Town Centre on Saturday 13th June between the hours of 10am and 4.30pm.
- Entries to be placed in the prize draw box on the stall or delivered to the Teachers Building Society office at Allenview House, Hanham Road, Wimborne by midday on Monday 15th June. No liability shall be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission.
- The details on the entry form will only be used for the prize draw and will not be passed on to any third party.
- No purchase is necessary.
- The draw is not open to employees of Teachers Building Society or its subsidiaries and their families.
- Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 or over and only 1 entry per person is permitted.
- The winner of the £500 prize will be the first entry drawn at random from all the entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place on Monday 15th June 2009. The winner will be notified within 5 days of the draw and the prize money will be deposited in an easy access Call Save account. The name and home town of the prize winner will be made available after the closing date to those enclosing a SAE to the Teachers Building Society office in an envelope marked "Wimborne Folk Festival Draw".
- The winner will be required to complete an application form to open a Call Save account in order to claim the prize and there is no cash alternative.
- The draw will be made by the Society's internal auditor. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Teachers Building Society reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the prize draw without prior notice if it deems it necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
