New Will Writing Service at Teachers Building Society

The often difficult process of writing a Will is now much simpler thanks to a new Will Writing service available at Teachers Building Society.

The Will Writing service is provided by Flint Bishop Solicitors, a Derby-based law firm who are widely recognised as leaders in their field and who were short-listed in the 2007 lawyer’s regional law firm of the year awards.

Teachers Building Society customers will be able to choose from four main types of Will:

• The Basic Single Will, suitable for those who wish to have a straightforward Will in place to ensure their assets are received by their chosen beneficiaries.
• The Basic Mirror Will, identical to the Basic Single Will but designed for spouses, partners or civil partners.
• The Property Trust Will, to help protect the value of your home from the effects of long term care or re-marriage.
• The Discretionary Trust Will, designed to help protect assets or the interests of beneficiaries themselves, whilst also be appropriate for business interests, to maximise the availability of Inheritance Tax relief without compromising your long term aims for the family.
