Martin has spent 25 years as a classroom teacher and is currently Head of History and Politics at Wolfreton School in East Riding, Yorkshire. Martin holds a number of posts within the National Union of Teachers including Divisional Secretary for East Riding and is currently Chair of Salaries, Superannuation & Conditions of Service and Health & Safety Committees. He has also been a member of the National Executive for 12 years.
Martin will be helping the Society develop the Society's links with the education sector and deliver products and services that meet the financial needs of teachers.
