Teachers Building Society was delighted to donate £1838 to the Education Support Partnership in May as part of its Charity Saver Account donation.
The Education Support Partnership is the name for the joined forces of the Teacher Support Network, Recourse and Worklife Support and is dedicated to helping organisations and their staff to boost health, happiness and wellbeing through individual support and management.
The Teachers Building Society Charity Saver was designed to provide a competitive saving rate for savers whilst at the same time providing a valuable help to teachers. Donations previously made to the Teacher Support Network continue to be made today to the new partnership – the equivalent to 0.25% of all the funds invested in the accounts.
James Bawa, chief executive for Teachers Building Society, said: “We are pleased to be able to make a meaningful donation to the Education Support Partnership. An increasing number of teachers use the support services available and as a Society founded by teachers for teachers, it’s one useful way in which we can continue to support teachers today.”
The Charity Saver is now a closed account which ran from 2010 to 2014. Donations continue to be made every year from the invested funds.
