Variable Rate
With our discounted variable mortgage plans your payments
will vary in line with any interest rate changes, however, you will
always pay less than our standard variable rate for the discount
period.
Once the discounted rate period is finished the mortgage changes to and remains on our Standard Variable Rate (currently 4.99%) for the remaining term of the mortgage.
We offer mortgages where the rate is discounted for the first three years.
