Further Advances

If you're considering making improvements to your home or would just like to take advantage of the increase in the value of your property, you might want to think about taking out a Further Advance.

Using our Further Advance service has a number of benefits including:

• One FREE Building Society Valuation (should one be necessary)
• Availability up to a maximum of 90% of the property valuation (80% for debt consolidation)

And if a minimum of 50% of the loan is for the purpose to save energy and contributes to preventing global warming, we will refund any Further Advance Arrangement Fee up to £499. Qualifying improvements are:
