No Deposit Required with FirstBuy
FirstBuy is a new scheme aiming to help over 10,000 people and families realise their dream of home ownership. Eligible applicants can achieve an equity loan of up to 20% of the purchase price of a specific new-build property. The equity loan is interest free for 5 years.
Teachers Building Society has launched a new mortgage product in support of FirstBuy for up to 80% of the purchase price, meaning that a deposit will not be needed if the maximum equity loan of 20% is achieved.
