Annual General Meeting
The Society's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 10:30am on Thursday 27 April 2017 at:
There will be refreshments available on the day for all members who come along.
Your vote matters
Members who are eligible to vote at the meeting will receive an AGM pack through the post by Friday 31 March 2017. Should you wish to vote online, please go to the online voting site
and enter your unique two-part security code provided on the voting letter
We are also asking members who cannot attend the meeting to submit questions about the matters being considered at the AGM.
